My Fiance told me he got a hotel voucher from a work collegue & said we’d use it for a night away. I thought we were just going to some hotel for a night but he took me to The Ritz Carlton in Wicklow, I thought to myself “jes, our voucher won’t go far here”. We went down to the bar in the hotel to watch a Rubgy game and after a few drinks he said he needed to find a banklink as he was out of money, I told him not to be long. After a while he rang & said he was at the banklink but was after forgetting his card, he asked me to go up to our room & get his card out of his jeans & meet him in the lobby of the hotel. When I went up to the room, the hotel had arranged the bed into a heart with white petals & roses and he was on his knee. It was the biggest surprise & all I could say was “so you don’t want your banklink card!”
