Here are 3 really simple things to keep your marriage fresh.

1. Eat Well Together.

Consider cooking together. Make a time in the evening when no television or other interruptions are allowed. Have your dinner around a table during this time and start a conversation with one another.

2. Go To Bed Early Together.

Technology likes to keep us preoccupied. Get into sleeping habits together that signal to your body that it is time to shut down and rejuvenate. Try having warm milk, or herbal tea before you sleep. Read stories to one another. Lie in the dark and talk about things that make you happy right.

3. Have A Date Night Together.

Make a point of it. Dress up. Hold the car door open for her. Book a good restaurant. Dim the lights. Rent a good movie and get lots of popcorn. Have a popcorn fight or maybe a pillow fight. Don’t forget to switch off the technology.
