Mount Juliet Estate is a truly magnificent wedding venue for a romantic wedding; sitting on the edge of the river Nore and surrounded by 1,500 acres of lush Irish pastures and rolling woodlands. Amongst all this beauty sits one of the worlds most prestigious golf courses, the Augusta designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Located in Thomastown, 15 minutes from Kilkenny City, one of the oldest surviving walled estates in the world, its outstanding beauty and privacy makes Mount Juliet one of Europe's most exclusive wedding venues .
We are easily accessible from throughout Ireland and abroad. Your guests can reach us by car, train or plane. We are just over 1hr from Dublin and 2hrs from Cork by car. Waterford Airport has direct flights to and from the UK and is only 45 minutes from The Estate via the M9 motorway.
We host weddings from 14 to 160 people; traditional to modern, and offer a number of wedding packages for you to choose from.
We have facilities on site for civil ceremonies and blessings and we can offer a number of options from our Majors Room in The Manor House for ceremonies or ‘The Walled Garden’ or ‘The Lily Pond’ for a blessing.
We can also host larger weddings in a Marquee on-site, these will take up to 220 guests.
