MENU:
• Single Starter (pick one form a specific list of starters)

WEDDING BOOKING:
• A deposit of €500.00 is to be paid upon acceptance and confirmation of
booking, which is non refundable
• Final numbers are required 72 hours (3 days) prior to the function. This is
the minimum number that will be charged for. Should any guests arrive
surplus to the numbers; the account for the meal will include these extra
numbers. (Different time periods involved at Christmas & New Year).
• Accounts must be settled, only by cash or by bank draft – 3 days prior to
the function (at least 75% of the estimated costs)
• These prices are subject to proportionate increase according to the rises
in the cost of food, labour and taxes.
• Prices include Government VAT.
• As we offer the highest standard of food and service we are happy to offer
complimentary menu tastings for weddings for the bride & groom – just
ask.
• The hotel reserves the right to alter the structure of the premises, grounds
and its environs without prior knowledge or consent of its patrons.
• We are pleased to allocate up to 20(standard) rooms for wedding guests at
the Bride & Grooms request. These 20 rooms receive a special discounted
wedding rate.These rooms will be held in a reserved room block for your
allocation.

The Connaught Room can accommodate numbers up to 350 persons and for smaller Weddings our Terrace and Twin Lakes Restaurants are popular options. Pontoon is a photographers dream , with ideal settings and surroundings for those special shots. Locations such as the beach, the castle, the pier, the heather hill and the terrace garden situated on the waterfront .
