I had my wedding in the Talbot hotel in Carlow in November, we had a civil ceremony which was just perfect thanks to all the staff and my wedding co ordinater Niamh Whelan. The whole day went to plan and most importantly my guests had such a good time one is planning to have there wedding there too. We couldn't have asked for more friendly helpful staff. Food and wine was just amazing. 5 stars x
