Honeymoon
- If you haven’t already done so, now is a good time to decide on a honeymoon destination and book it. This can be a difficult decision with so many wonderful destinations to choose from. If you are considering a long haul destination investigate if you and your partner need to have any vaccinations before you travel. It’s also a good idea to check the expiry date on your passport just in case they need to be re-issued before you travel.
Bridesmaids
- Bridesmaid dress shopping….. This should be on your list at the 6 month date! Organise your girls and narrow down the shops you would like to visit. Make appointments with the boutiques. Think about your colour scheme, theme, budget and what will suit your bridesmaids.
Flowers
- Book and meet with your florist. Arrange a meeting with your florist to discuss the options for the flowers for your wedding. Remember, the flowers you dream of having may not be possible at certain times of the year so the sooner the better you explore your options.
Ceremony
- Start thinking about your wedding vows, music for the ceremony and readings you would like to have. Meet with your celebrant to discuss your choices.
Suits
- Organise the Groom’s and Groomsmen’s Suits
Beauty
- Have you booked your beauty appointments – hair trials, make up trials, tan, waxing, facials (the list is endless and enjoyable.
Rings
- Choose your wedding rings and decide on any engravements
Hen & Stag
- Plan Hen & Stag Parties. Choose weekends for both, guest lists, decide on a location, accommodation, transport and a fun theme.
