Description

I am a Registered Solemniser of Marriages, OneSpirit Interfaith Minister, and an accredited Civil Celebrant with extensive experience in creating and conducting personal and meaningful ceremonies of all kinds. While I am based in Cork I am will to travel throughout Ireland and beyond to officiate your special wedding ceremony.

I deliver ceremonies with warmth and sincerity, ensuring that couples enjoy the wedding day of their dreams. I love to bring my energy and humour to the occasion, working with a couple to create a ceremony that reflects their love and commitment that the guests enjoy too! I will include in your ceremony any personal ideas you may have, such as the Unity Candle Ceremony, Ceremony of Roses, or the very popular Celtic Handfasting Ceremony to name but a few. I have a wide selection of resources such as readings and poems to help you choose, ideas on rituals and enhancements, and of course, any other expert advice you may require.

I believe that people should be able to choose how they celebrate life's milestones and there is nothing I enjoy more than being available to work with couples every step of the way to plan, create, and perform a professional, and sacred ceremony, that reflects your love, your dreams, and your wishes. I will ensure that the final ceremony script is approved by you and that it will be exactly as you want it to be.

I am a wife, a mother, and before I became an Interfaith Minister, I trained staff and managed a team of people, I had experience in public speaking and presenting to large groups of community and professional organisations.

I will provide a unique and unforgettable service incorporating your own ideas that will be truly memorable for you and your family.

Where do I start, Marian is just amazing and so easy to deal with. From the initial call to the check in call after our ceremony. had known her for years based on the personal nature of the ceremony, the pieces of our lives and conversations that we had that she picked out and pieced together so beautifully and seamlessly. On the day of the ceremony she was there with a calming word to ease the last minute nerves! Nothing was forced and every piece of the ceremony was ran by us for approval and for any changes that were thought were necessary, there were none! Every guest commented on the personal and thoughtful nature of the whole ceremony. I would have no hesitation in recommending Marian to anyone looking for a dedicated, passionate and professional minister for any ceremony but especially in our experience a wedding. Marian delivered a delightfully warm, amazing ceremony on our wedding day. She helped put our nerves at ease and her experience shone through in her delivery of such a fun, personal service.
