Using the finest Irish Beef and Pork, we have adopted the Texan Style of BBQ to provide a unique and authentic dining experience. We use a combination of charcoal and hardwoods to slow cook our meats in our custom built smokers.
Beef Brisket our signature item, is always a crowd favorite. Simply prepared with our secret rub, the brisket is slow cooked until tender and then hand carved for serving.
Our Pork Ribs are cooked to perfection, with a sweet and smokey glaze. The key to our ribs is the selection of top quality locally sourced pork. We also use pork shoulder for our famous pulled pork sandwich done with fresh crisp coleslaw and homemade BBQ sauce
We also prepare our own recipe smoked sausage. With a subtle hint of Jalapeno it provides a unique twist to this most popular BBQ item.
