Overlooking the glistening Colligan Estuary, with the backdrop of the Comeragh Mountains and surrounded by 5 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, the Park Hotel provides the ideal setting for your wedding day.

Our bright and spacious lobby with its large winding staircase and subtle colour tones is a perfect place to welcome your guests after your wedding ceremony.

Our elegant Deise Ballroom can accommodate in excess of 240 guests. The suite boasts high ceilings decorated with chandeliers, large bay windows, its own private entrance and large bar area. Committed service from our excellent staff and management will ensure you have a day to remember.

Our wedding host will work closely with you on all aspects of your reception and can assist with contact details for florists, photographers and entertainment, as required.

The Park Hotel is also fully certified to host civil ceremony weddings which can take place in a number of venues - in our beautifully appointed ballroom, or for smaller parties, in our bright and spacious Comeragh Suite.

We will faciliate your dream day as much as possible and are happy to assist with all requests. Services include:

Professional, yet friendly, help and advice in organising your special day. Our specially appointed Wedding Co-ordinator works closely with the bridal couple to ensure that the day runs as smoothly and as happily as possible.
An elegant red carpet welcome reception on your return as the newly married couple! The gardens at the Park Hotel will provide a wonderful backdrop for your photographs. Ample car parking facilities are available.
Complimentary champagne for the Bride and Groom on arrival at the hotel to celebrate the beautiful day, and complimentary tea/coffee reception for all your guests will be provided within a specially appointed function room.
Complimentary overnight luxury accommodation and breakfast for the Bride and Groom at the Park Hotel or at our either of our sister Flynn Hotels, the Imperial Hotel in Cork City or the Old Ground Hotel, Ennis, near Shannon Airport.
Catering for up to 240 guests, with complimentary hire of our Banqueting Suite.
Special rates for luxury accommodation
Beautifully presented table arrangements, including floral arrangments, candles and linen napkins, chosen to suit your particular colour scheme. Guest wedding menus will be personalised for your banqueting experience.

We had the most magical day. From the moment we got to The Park Hotel, everything was at ease. which is exactly what you need on your wedding day.
The meal was exceptional. Seven weeks on from the day, and we are still hearing about the meal, especially the beef, just mouth-watering. For us, as the bride and groom, every bit of the meal from start to finish couldn't have gone better. Everyone was delighted, even our gluten-free and vegan guests were well catered for.
We were blessed with the weather on the day, so we got the added bonus of the outside garden for our reception drinks and nibbles. Again, the staff outdid themselves. It was the icing on the cake. Guests couldn't get over how amazing the nibbles were, cookies, dipped Strawberries, mini scones, etc, just show-stopping. The effort that went into it all from the hotel was amazing; we genuinely couldn't have picked a better venue, and yes, I would do it all again; they made our day extra special. Every single detail was thought of.
Yes, it's a big day, but they made it feel calm. If you are lucky enough to have your wedding in The Park Hotel Dungarvan, you are in for a real treat. It will be the best decision you make. 10/10.

people, the venue, the food, everything was just perfect, from our first viewing to after the wedding was done. We felt extremely welcomed, and everything we could have wanted was accommodated.

The morning of the wedding, we got ready in the hotel. We switched rooms that day to the bridal suite, and they moved everything for us during the wedding, so we didn't have to think of a thing. They set everything up for the girls for hair & make-up and brought us a breakfast buffet of everything you could imagine. In the fabulous garden for the drinks reception, the set-up was beautiful (they even added things like a suncream station, which we didn't even know about!). The drinks, food, and snacks were perfect. The dinner was amazing - the food was the exact same as it was at the food tasting, which usually is not the case! We received a tonne of compliments on the food, e.g. that's the best food we've ever had at a wedding. Declan kept the day and night running so smoothly that the whole thing flowed beautifully. There was nothing missing or anything we would change. We have received many comments that it was the best wedding some of our guests have been to, one even saying it was the most fun they've had in decades.

Another thing which I feel is important to mention is that there were no hidden costs at all. I know that with a lot of wedding venues, there are extras added on, for example, a charge to use the PA system. The cost The Park tells you up front is the cost you will pay at the end. You really feel they are there to look after you, not just a transaction like it can feel at other venues. Could not recommend The Park Hotel more.

reception was held outside in their stunning garden, and there was never a drought of food or drink for our guests. The meal was fantastic and a part of our wedding that guests are talking about, saying they never had a wedding meal like it before. We could not thank The Park Hotel enough for making us feel so special on our wedding day and for the time and effort that was put into meetings, meal plans and details prior to our day.

We did not worry about anything on the day as Declan and the team made sure our guests and we were always looked after. We would highly recommend The Park Hotel as a wedding venue and would not look past it!
