everyone at the table was served at the same time was very classy.
They were very flexible the whole way along, putting no pressure on us to make decisions until we were ready. And even on the second day, they changed the timing of the meal and the number to cater for with minutes notice.

The setting is obviously beautiful but the professionalism, excellence and patience all the staff showed us throughout our wedding preparation was second to none and cannot be described in words alone.

Everybody who works at the hotel gave us such a good and personal service. It’s not only about business here but also about commitment.

the wedding and the day after. Everything ran so smoothly. All queries were dealt with professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner. It made our lives so much easier and we were able to enjoy the day. Secondly, we would like to thank Irene. She put us at ease and dealt with everything superbly.
Additionally, there are perfect opportunities to take lots of nice photos both on the grounds of the hotel and down by the river. There is also a lovely walk down by the river. Overall, all the staff in the Castle Oaks were a pleasure to deal with. The bedrooms are amazing, very spacious and comfortable. The food is also fantastic. Again, we would like to thank the Castle Oaks for everything.

happy we were on the day. The whole process of planning our big day, from the viewing and the tastings to the table planning and personal touches Liam suggested for our day we cannot recommend Castle Oaks Hotel enough. The whole day and evening was fun, relaxed and seamless. I would also like to thank Patrick who showed my grandmother and mother around on a visit to the hotel before the wedding. Thanks also to Irenee with the smooth running of the room allocations.
I would also like to especially mention Liam who was an amazing help leading up to and on the day. Thank you so much for all the tips and tricks along the way, especially for the personal touches, our guests loved the photos of us on the mantel. BTW the chicken salad was a definite winner on the day. We are still getting so many compliments on the reception and service so we just want to finish up by again saying thank you and that we will definitely be back! Can we do it all again?!

We were so well taken care of. Liam couldn't have done more. We had such a brilliant day! We're still getting compliments on the food. We loved that all of our guests could stay in the hotel and that the venue was exclusively ours for the evening. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Castle Oaks staff were incredibly pleasant to deal with and on the day pulled out all the stops. Key piece of advise is not to panic, the hotel will have everything under control and are very professional.

grateful to them for putting my mind at ease in that stressful time period, which really speaks to their experience and professionalism. The day itself was amazing - what a beautiful backdrop to get married in, no matter what time of year. With an open fire place, exquisite decor and luxurious carpets, our guests settled in for a mulled wine reception. The Castle Oaks catered easily to our civil ceremony before turning the room around for the meal, which was probably the best I have ever had at a wedding. Everyone complimented the quality of food and nobody could say they went hungry! I cannot recommend highly enough and look forward to visiting again!
