What can I say.

Easily the best few days I have had and dealing with the best of staff has made the whole experience a breath of fresh air.
Kaela in events along with Zuzana and her team have been amazing.
No request was not dealt with and they helped us on the day in every way possible.

The food & beverage options were perfectly run, Anthony and his efficient and strong team were always a pleasure and going out of there way to look after us and our guests in every way possible.
Any future event or celebration I will be hosting in the future I will not look beyond the staff or this venue.

It really is a gem of a place and the amazing staff really help in making this.

attention to detail was extraordinary - no stone was left unturned while we were organising the reception. She was also extremely professional in her dealings with us. She helped us with designing our table plans and seating arrangements, and gave useful advice on flower arrangements and the wedding cake.

The menu tasting was very useful in helping to decide the menu, and the chef even took the time to meet up with us and discuss the chosen menu. The reception itself went off without a hitch. It started with a champagne reception in the wine bar. The weather was fantastic which meant we could take photos in the gardens, and have a drink out on the terrace overlooking the gardens. I should add that the period style Le Panto suite rooms have beautiful views over the gardens.

The food lived up to our expectations and nearly everyone commented on the quality of the beef. The dessert was a tasting plate of three desserts which was superb. The wedding menu on each table was nicely personalised, and there was a pretty floral piece in the centre of each table.

Overall, our wedding reception was perfect at the Radisson and most importantly, our family and friends were made to feel relaxed and welcome as they celebrated the day. I cannot fault one single thing with the hotel. All credit to Zuzana and the staff for the care and friendliness they have towards their guests and for helping to make the day a resounding success!

The grounds are beautiful and on the day we were lucky enough to be able to hold an outdoor ceremony followed by an outdoor reception. This was a great bonus! The setting was wonderful and all the staff on the day were brilliant - professional and helpful yet able to stand back and remain unobtrusive. The dinner was delicious and our guests all looked to be having a great time (we had loads of positive comments on the gardens and on the food).

I'd have no hesitation recommending this venue to other couples. Myself and my husband had an absolute blast at our wedding. The team in the hotel looked after everything so that on the day we could concentrate on each other, our family and friends!

time I phoned or emailed, it was as if mine was the only wedding happening. It is a highly emotional time but our events manager handled every issue with such care, it was so reassuring. As the day went on, people kept coming up to us saying how beautiful the hotel was but how professional and caring all the staff were. Of particular note was how slow our guests were moving from one part of the celebration in one part of the hotel to another and nobody put any pressure on us. The didn't want to move because each stage was so nicely done! They also include thoughtful touches such as a helpful meal tasting before the big day so you can be assured of your food (which on the day was superb), invisible staff who just appeared when needed, beautiful rooms, garden bar and bridal sweet and seamless working with outside vendors such as your hairdresser/makeup people, photographer, florist and cake-maker. If there's anywhere better or more picturesque, I would find it hard to believe. Our one and only regret is that we cannot redo the day again and may be again; it truly was the best day of our lives. My husband and I will make excuses to return as often as time will allow!

We had a truly magical day in beautiful surroundings - it was relaxed and fun and was exactly what we had hoped for. There were at least three engaged couples at the wedding who are now seriously considering holding their weddings at St Helen's based on what Zuzana managed to pull together for us in such a short time frame.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with both Zuzana, Jodie and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Radisson St Helen's as a venue to any couple.

It was a pleasure to have Zuzana as our wedding coordinator. She is so nice, very professional and every meeting was really productive. As well as meeting with us regularly to ensure all details of the wedding were well organised, she also provided us with lots of useful tips and recommendations of suppliers – all of which ensured our day was extra special!

The room looked beautiful on the day – it exceeded both of our expectations! The gorgeous Christmas decorations, combined with the seasonal mood lighting and décor provided by the Radisson, achieved the Christmas atmosphere we were hoping for our winter wedding! The food was outstanding from the plentiful canapés at the drinks reception, to the main meal (our guests are still talking about the fillet of beef weeks later!) to the unique evening buffet of savoury crepes and fish and chip cones.

Operations manager Anthony was incredibly helpful on the day. He ensured every detail of the reception, the speeches, the meal and the entertainment ran smoothly and most importantly he regularly checked that we were both enjoying our big day and happy with everything the hotel were providing. For us this really stood out as exceptional customer service.

All of our 190 guests were seriously impressed with the standard of the venue, the excellent food and wine, and particularly the customer service and had a fantastic evening! Thank you to Zuzana, Anthony and all the team at the Radisson for making our day so memorable!!

of understated luxury. The formally planted gardens are so inviting. I think the feature that hooked me on my first visit was the ornate charm of the Le Panto suite, with its detailed wood panelling and chandeliers.

The food and drink: The food on the day of the event was exceptional, each meal beautifully cooked and elegantly presented for our group of 50. There was even seconds for anyone who could fit it in, and generous veggies and potatoes. It all went very nicely with the Prosecco and wine. :)

The people: Zuzana, the event coordinator, is a joy to work with. She met with myself and my partner several times to discuss our choices and she listened to our ideas, and helped tailor everything to create a fantastic event. Any idea to personalise the event and make it ours was welcomed. Always lovely and pleasant, and so professional, Zuzana's calm nature was invaluable when bride-to-be was getting nervous in the run up to the big day! Thanks so much Zuzana!

Anthony and Colm made us feel so welcome and that everything was all taken care of, they coordinated logistics and timings seamlessly behind the scenes, so we could completely relax and enjoy every moment of our big day.
