the day we first walked in to make an enquiry Pauline and the team have always been on hand to answer any questions we had. The Inn at Dromoland is a stunning hotel with refurblished bedrooms and a powder room to allow the bridal party to get ready at ease the morning of the wedding. The function room is very spacious with lots of natural light and looks out onto a lovely garden. The food at our wedding was exceptional. From when guests arrived at the reception after the church ceremony to the mid night nibbles, all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. Fergal and Patrick were so attentive in the foods' quality and presentation on the day and the service for food and drink was excellent. No request was too big or too small and everything was executed brilliantly. We would sincerely like to thank every single person at the Inn from the team at reception, servers, bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping for all you did for us to make our wedding day so special. If we could give this hotel 10 stars we would!

friendliness and professionalism of Pauline and the staff in the hotel was felt from the outset and once we found out our date was available, we booked it then and there. The contact we had with the hotel was excellent and any emails sent to Pauline were always replied to promptly. In the build up to the day, we visited the hotel on a number of occasions and every member of staff we met was exceptional. We were so well looked after by Pauline and the staff, felt so comfortable and listened to and we had no worries or concerns going into the day. We couldn’t have asked more of the hotel. It was just perfect. The staff were so attentive and professional, attending to the needs of all guests making sure everything ran smoothly. The options we had to choose from for our food tasting made finalising the menu a difficult task because everything was so good. All of our guests remarked on the beautiful hotel and grounds, the fantastic staff, the delicious food and the facilities that were available to the guests who had travelled and booked in. Ríona of Rí Weddings and Events did an amazing job with décor, exactly what we wanted- just perfect. Ríona was a pleasure to deal with and was such a reassuring voice during what was a very busy time. Overall, we could not have imagined having our day anywhere else. The hotel itself, the staff and the food were all exceptional. We made incredible memories at The Inn at Dromoland and would tell other couples they need look no further. We cannot thank Pauline, her team and the hotel staff for hosting such a special day and for making everything feel so easy. It was a pleasure to work with you to achieve our wedding day goals.

We loved how the band area was separate from the dance floor and how the smoking area is just off the ballroom, it helped to keep our group together for the night. our ceremony plus reception at the hotel and it was amazing from start to finish. The decor was fantastic and everyone complimented it.

The morning of the big day, my Dad had to be taken away by ambulance from my home and unfortunately couldn't make the big day. The hotel was notified Dad wouldn't be there and they acted with such class, caring and so professionally.

We had our beautiful ceremony and drinks reception, which had several options of food and drinks for our guests to savour.

The meal itself was beyond superb. No one has complained about it, every course was faultless. The seafood platter went down a treat! We had 70 year old beef farmers tell us it was the best beef they have had in 20 years, so you know the food was good. Another man said he enjoyed the meal so much and was that stuffed he didn't have a pint until 11pm!

I would recommend The Inn at Dromoland to any couple wanting to get married there. Not only did we feel at ease from day one to the big day, but Pauline and Co listened to our small needs.

Finally, a big shout out to the wait staff and bar staff, thank all of ye guys for being part of our day and everyone said ye were fantastic!

We took our pictures in the bridal room as it was raining and Pauline made sure the furniture was moved and there was nothing in the way that wouldn’t look good in our pictures. 100% if I had to do it all over again I’d pick the The Inn at Dromoland in a heartbeat.

food is just amazing, we have a large number of coeliac so the kitchen team made everything gluten free and it still tasted better than non gulten free options. "We are all coeliacs" Pauline used to tell us.

Even the few tough Cork City North Siders, "everything is better in Cork..." family members admitted the food, the location and of course staff... are better than Cork. WELL DONE TEAM! No easy feat there.

The Inn is an amazing place to get married, it has beautiful surroundings for all the photos, Castle... looks more like a Palace in the back ground, golf course, huge kids play ground, Mini Glof, walks... everything you need under one roof.

The Inn's Drinks Reception and Sun Room are amazing any time of the year. The room is bright with full hight window showing the beautiful Clare Countyside . The same is true for the main reception, full high windows letting in all that light and views. Even on the dulls of dull wet Irish days, these rooms will brighten your day.

The wedding day... let Pauline and her team take care of you both, they will control everything and ensure everything runs smoothly. You both just try to relax, and enjoy the dew mins quiet time Pauline will setup for you both before dinner. I really enjoyed that few mins of peace she set up for us.

Finally I assure you, you cannot go wrong in choosing the Inn for your wedding, you have my word on that.

changeover in wedding coordinators, the whole journey was seamless. Pauline looked after us for the latter half of our planning on the run-up to the big day, and she was extremely helpful also. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The waiting bar and reception staff would always greet us with a big smile.

We had our ceremony in the Ballyhannon Suite (Ballroom) of the hotel. The set-up was amazing. It looked out onto the garden, which made a beautiful backdrop. We then had our arrivals reception in the Sun Lounge and lobby, which have the most beautiful decor, while the hotel rearranged the ballroom for the evening reception. It was brilliant to make use of the different spaces in the hotel and wonderful surroundings.

Our package included some decor. Through contact with Riona, who decorated both our ceremony space and reception, we were able to add some personalised touches to show our personalities. She was very accommodating and loved the ideas we had. She had a wide array of stock that we could choose from to get the look we wanted. Overall, the place looked amazing.

The meal itself was gorgeous, and all our guests enjoyed the food. I particularly enjoyed the silver service "reveal" of the main course. We all felt so important!

As I said at the beginning, I have nothing but good things to say about our experience at our wedding at The Inn at Dromoland. We would highly recommend them to any couples planning their big day.

The lead up to our wedding went so smoothly, we were in regular contact with Pauline. She left no stone unturned in the planning of the day. Everything was covered, from meal tasting, to decor, to music, to accommodations.

Our wedding day was such a great day. Everything went off without a hitch. So much so that our guests have been raving about it ever since. The staff were excellent and were well trained in covid protocols. The service was excellent and we always felt the hotel couldn't do enough for us.

We will most certainly be recommending our friends to contact The Inn at Dromoland in the future when their weddings come around.

drama day and the Inn at Dromoland delivered exactly that. We're not ones for micromanaging everything and we were happy to trust that the people at the hotel are the experts and indeed they were. There's nothing better than being able to sit back and enjoy your wedding day without a care in the world for any arrangements and that's exactly what we got. Everything ran so smoothly, we along with our families were completely relaxed which in turn meant our guests were completely relaxed, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it and the punch on arrival was particularly popular. The table decor was beautiful also. We loved that they served the evening food and the cake at the usual 10.30pm or 11pm and left it available so that our guests could eat it much later which of course they did. All of the serving staff were so friendly and helpful and even at 3 or 4am we were not made to feel unwelcome in the function room and there was no rushing us out of the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and that was due in no small part to the wonderful staff of the Inn at Dromoland. We've since gotten our photos from our photographer and the room and grounds look so amazing. The honeymoon suite is huge and very comfortable. If we had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing.

Inn have been amazing but the experience of having our own wedding there with all our family and friends has been out of this world! From the minute we met with Claire until the very end she has been a super star, she was there for us through every email, phone call and meeting and kept the show running for us and we cannot thank her enough. Myself and my bridal party were at the hotel the morning of the wedding to get ready and I can still remember just sitting there watching everything happen and not having a single thing to worry about because we were being kept up to date and looked after all morning ! My photographer and videographer had noticed how relaxed I was on the morning and I honestly have the staff at the inn to thank for that. The day was unforgettable, the food was fantastic, the layout and decor was just how I wanted it and not a single thing went wrong all day. Our pictures came out fantastic from the lovely areas around the inn! I would highly recommend the Inn at Dromoland to anyone looking around venues to have their wedding for both reception and civil marriage. We got married at the Inn and all of our guests complimented us on the service how it was so relaxed and how beautiful the sun room was , we had fantastic weather on the day to make it even better! We started our hotel search last November and looked at many venues. From my first point of contact with Claire Coughlan I have to say she was so professional but we also got the feeling that she was interested in our wedding and us as a couple.

on the menu and wine she gave us time and advice. Claire is super at her job and is a credit to The Inn at Dromoland. She never put any pressure on us for anything and was there at the end of an email at anytime.

On the day itself I have to say the food and service was 100%. The staff were so friendly and super organised. The bridal suite was amazing.

The front of house and bar staff to the waiting staff in the function room they were all excellent.

The day after the wedding Claire was there to finalise everything and she had all flowers,cake etc kept safely in one place and made sure that all was not damaged.

Some hotels we have been we would get the vibe after the wedding that your weren't important or your business was no longer needed or wanted . We stayed in the hotel bar until about 4pm that afternoon and again the food, drink, service and atmosphere was excellent.

To sum it all up we have no regrets in choosing The Inn at Dromoland for our wedding and we certainly will be returning and would consider it for other family events in the future.

Thank you and your team for an absolutely incredible day! We loved every moment of it and could not be happier! The food was fantastic and our guests raved about how good the food was and how well it was presented. One of our guests is the executive chef for a 1200 room 5-star hotel in a very well known and popular chain in the US with a team of over 70 chefs working under him and he was very impressed with the meal saying there was very little he would have changed and he is a hard man to please who pulls no punches!

All our guests were so impressed with the venue. Especially the outdoor reception which they loved. The setup for the ceremony was lovely and felt very intimate,something all our guests commented on.
