The venue itself was absolutely immaculate. The beautiful gardens, lovingly maintained, even got a mention in my father-in-law’s speech – a true testament to the care and attention behind the scenes. We were incredibly lucky with the weather and made full use of the stunning grounds, enjoying the breathtaking views of Ballygally beach and the Coast Road.

The food and service were brilliant, and everything ran so smoothly thanks to the team’s expertise. As a Larne girl with family in Ballygally, it was such a joy to bring my husband’s family and friends from County Down and Armagh to this special place. Ballygally Castle truly showed off County Antrim in all its glory.

It’s a place that’s always been close to my heart, and we’re so grateful to have chosen a venue we can easily return to for anniversaries - whether for dinner or a stay - and relive those cherished memories again and again.

about hotel experiences, but that was never the case with Ballygally. From start to finish, you all kept things so organised and had everything beautifully under control on the day itself, which let us both just relax and enjoy it all.

Even with the horrible rain, you kindly navigated with our photographer & videographer which allowed us to use the 1625 room to get our family portraits!

I can genuinely say that I’ll be recommending Ballygally to everyone I know—whether it’s for a wedding, a meal out, or just a cosy stay by the sea. We have family from all over Northern Ireland, and for many of them, this was their first time at your hotel. They all came away raving about it and are already talking about coming back! In fact, one of our guests has already booked her own wedding at Ballygally after being there for ours.

Thanks again for everything—it’s been such a pleasure working with you. We definitely will be returning, Ballygally Castle now has a special place in our hearts!
