The Ballroom

Our Rath Ballroom is exquisitely designed and offers an exclusive area with it’s own bar and private pre-dinner drinks area. Furnished in a contemporary style, the ballroom oozes modern sophistication whilst offering a calm ambience during your reception. The bespoke ballroom is fully inter-changeable to accommodate smaller groups, with capacity from 80 – 250 guests

Francesca our wedding coordinator was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much for Francesca, she was there right throughout the planning process, most definitely an asset to the hotel, we cannot thank her enough.
Richard, the event manager on the day went out of his way to make our day run smoothly, nothing was too much trouble for Richard, he was friendly, approachable, and a true pro in his profession. The fun Richard added to the day didn't go unnoticed and went down a treat with our guests.
We also stayed in the hotel on the second night of our wedding weekend and again the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
We also had a number of overseas guests and the hotel went out of their way to ensure they all had a room prior to our ceremony so they could get ready. The 109a Bus Eireann from the airport stops directly outside the hotel which was an added plus for our travelling guests.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at The Pillo hotel and would absolutely recommend this hotel to future brides and grooms.

This hotel is amazing. I got married here just over a week ago and everything was so amazing. Francesca and the staff were brilliant, they went above and beyond to make our day so perfect. I highly recommend the pillo for your wedding or even just a break, stunning.

On the 14th of July, we celebrated our wedding at this hotel, could not ask for anything more. Our wedding co-ordinator Francesca was there to help out in the lead up to the wedding and on the day, I know it’s her job but she went above and beyond to help. the day was truly one in a million. He had many surprises in store and made our day complete and he is such a lovely genuine man, it was an absolute pleasure to have him part of our wedding day. Andre who again went out of his way for anything that we needed, and the staff of the pillo hotel exceeded our expectations and really went above and beyond to give us the wedding we really wanted. We really couldn’t have asked for more and we would highly recommend this hotel to families and to couples who are looking for somewhere friendly and family oriented for the wedding day.
