A stone-clad boutique Hotel nestled in the rolling hills of Donegal, we are the one-stop-shop for Weddings. 15 Years experience with over 1,300 Weddings. Landscaped Gardens with a 150 year Old Church building onsite plus close to simply stunning local photographic Hot Spots, e.g., the historical An Grianan Fort.

Your Guests will receive a Red Carpet welcome via our resident Gentleman Mr Johnston. They can then mingle in our meandering Foyer that simply oozes sophistication throughout.

Then on to our unique circular and stunning Tuatha De Danann Suite.

Our Function suite is capable of seating up to 300 Guests. It has an excellent appointed Bar which is bathed in natural Sunlight via our stunning Sky Light. The Crystal Chandeliers add the Elegance on what is a simply marvellous Suite.

We will only ever have one Wedding Per Day and all attention will be focused on YOU! You can basically take over the whole Hotel.

Aisling and Deirdre, the incredible wedding coordinators, whose professionalism, warmth and attention to detail made everything effortless for us. They kept in touch throughout the planning, reassured us at every stage, and on the day itself, made sure everything flowed seamlessly so we could just relax and enjoy every moment.

The food was out of this world - generous portions, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about it, not just for the flavour but also for how quickly and smoothly everything was served. The service on the day was flawless, with staff anticipating what was needed before even being asked. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day special.

Guests who stayed overnight raved about the spotless, comfortable rooms - perfect for unwinding after a long day of celebrations. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive, with plenty of choice, fresh ingredients, and top-quality cooking that set everyone up for the journey home.

An Grianan Hotel didn’t just host our wedding - they made it an unforgettable experience filled with joy, laughter, and love. We’ll always be grateful to the team for their hard work, kindness, and the wonderful atmosphere they created. The setting, the people, and the standard of service were second to none.

We cannot thank Deirdre, Aishling, and the entire team at An Grianan enough for everything they did for us on our wedding day. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was top-tier, and the staff couldn’t have done more to look after us — they truly went above and beyond.

we booked, they made the entire process so easy, answering every question along the way. The layout of the wedding suite is perfect for guests, and the included décor added such a beautiful touch.
