With a dedicated wedding executive, Meghan, you can rest assured that all aspects of your wedding are organised with ease in the leadup to your special day. Meghan is available everyday including Saturday for appointments.

We cater for wedding receptions ranging in size from 100 to 450 guests in our elegant ballroom.

Well wow, what can I say, the most amazing venue to host a wedding. The majority of this is down to Meghan, their wedding coordinator, who is the most lovely, helpful and attentive person. She literally could not have done more for us. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly …

on the day and always responded super quickly over the year we were planning. We can definitely call her a friend after this experience. Everybody said the day was so well organised and one of the best weddings they've been to. All of the staff we encountered during the planning process were extremely nice, including Rose, who again went above and beyond for us on the day as well. The food was 10/10, the quality was amazing and the portions were generous. I honestly could not recommend the hotel enough. The venue itself is stunning and very intimate since it's separate from the main hotel. Everything Meghan recommended we took on board, from suppliers to the running order of the day and everything worked out perfectly, without her guidance we would have been lost. A day and an experience we will never forget, we can't thank Meghan and all the staff enough.

The Clayton Hotel Silver Springs is a spectacular hotel and our guests couldn't stop talking about how stunning the wedding reception hall was.
A special thank you to Rose for looking after us the evening of the wedding and Olivia Browne for sorting us and our chaotic guests out with a warm tasty breakfast each morning.
