Overlooking the glistening Colligan Estuary, with the backdrop of the Comeragh Mountains and surrounded by 5 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, the Park Hotel provides the ideal setting for your wedding day.

Our bright and spacious lobby with its large winding staircase and subtle colour tones is a perfect place to welcome your guests after your wedding ceremony.

Our elegant Deise Ballroom can accommodate in excess of 240 guests. The suite boasts high ceilings decorated with chandeliers, large bay windows, its own private entrance and large bar area. Committed service from our excellent staff and management will ensure you have a day to remember.

Our wedding host will work closely with you on all aspects of your reception and can assist with contact details for florists, photographers and entertainment, as required.

The Park Hotel is also fully certified to host civil ceremony weddings which can take place in a number of venues - in our beautifully appointed ballroom, or for smaller parties, in our bright and spacious Comeragh Suite.

We will faciliate your dream day as much as possible and are happy to assist with all requests. Services include:

Professional, yet friendly, help and advice in organising your special day. Our specially appointed Wedding Co-ordinator works closely with the bridal couple to ensure that the day runs as smoothly and as happily as possible.
An elegant red carpet welcome reception on your return as the newly married couple! The gardens at the Park Hotel will provide a wonderful backdrop for your photographs. Ample car parking facilities are available.
Complimentary champagne for the Bride and Groom on arrival at the hotel to celebrate the beautiful day, and complimentary tea/coffee reception for all your guests will be provided within a specially appointed function room.
Catering for up to 240 guests, with complimentary hire of our Banqueting Suite.
Special rates for luxury accommodation
Beautifully presented table arrangements, including floral arrangments, candles and linen napkins, chosen to suit your particular colour scheme. Guest wedding menus will be personalised for your banqueting experience.
VAT is included in all proposed costs and no service charge will be added.
There is a 10% discount on weddings booked Monday - Wednesday (excluding Christmas)

Everything was so easy working with Declan & his team. Any request we made was catered for without hesitation. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and they reassured us when it came to any concerns or worries we had.

On the day itself, everything was so relaxed, and it all ran so smoothly. So many of our guests commented on the stunning garden for the drinks reception and the abundant amounts of food that were available in the garden area. The high quality of service continued throughout the day with the fabulous meal and delicious evening buffet. Everybody was so impressed with everything, from the location, the quality of food, to the brilliant service and the friendly staff.

Thank you so so much to Declan and all the staff at The Park Hotel for making our wedding day perfect in every way. I will forever smile passing the hotel, thinking of our fantastic day!

provide. The ease of planning and knowing I could trust Declan and the team with our wedding day.
I stayed the night before, and I couldn't have received a more outstanding welcome from a bottle of bubbles, to chocolate Strawberries. Robes on the bed.
It was so welcoming, and the knowledge that I was in good hands relaxed my nerves.
The day itself was outstanding. Declan had texted me to see how everything was at the ceremony, and as we were heading in. I could see bubbles and a red carpet ready for us, and the outside garden area was ready for us. It was amazing. All our guests said it was such a beautiful setting, it set the tone for the wedding. From the walk into the ballroom to our dinner to speeches, everything was at ease and such a good and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone was raving about the quality of the food and the outstanding taste of every dish. The wedding evening was hopping, and everyone enjoyed the night.
Everyone that I have spoken to said the staff were so kind, caring and couldn't have done more for them if anyone had a query.
I was told many times by couples after the wedding, they wish they could have their wedding again just to go to The Park Hotel.
I can highly recommend The Park Hotel, I would do it all again in the morning.

garden area for our drinks reception, the staff adapted everything and created a beautiful indoor setup. The atmosphere remained vibrant, and the day flowed perfectly.

The food was a real highlight. Our guests are still talking about how unreal the beef and seabass were, and the carving station was a big hit! A huge thank you to Declan and Clodagh, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Their commitment to getting the food just right made a big impact, and we really appreciated their attention to detail.

The reception room looked gorgeous with thoughtful touches throughout. The service on the day was friendly, efficient, and relaxed—nothing ever felt rushed or stressful.

If you’re looking for a venue that combines great food, professional service, and a laid-back, friendly vibe, we highly recommend The Park Hotel. We had a brilliant day, and so did our guests. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!
