Kinsale Hotel and Spa specialises in catering for one wedding per day, ensuring that we are committed to providing you with the ideal setting for the most important day in your lives.

The Rathmore Suite is a tranquil space, perfect for an intimate civil ceremony, or blessing. Alternatively, why not avail of our spectacular location and enjoy an outdoor ceremony with breath-taking views.

On your wedding day

A drinks reception serving tea, coffee, and home-made biscuits, with welcome drinks and canapes will be served in our glass atrium. Our Bride and Groom will also enjoy an elegant red carpet arrival, with chilled champagne to start their celebrations.

Our hotel is set on 90 acres of mature wooded parkland overlooking the scenic Oysterhaven Bay offering some outstanding opportunities to capture your dream wedding. We also have many interior locations such as our lobby staircase and balcony, perfect for capturing your day

At the end of your perfect day, retire to your Bridal Suite and relive the magical moments over a glass of prosecco, while overlooking the breath-taking scenery.

There are 70 luxurious guest rooms on site incorporating deluxe, and Seaview guest rooms including two beautifully appointed suites.

We initially met the team at a wedding showcase at Pairc ui Chaoimh. We were immediately impressed with their professionalism and approachability. After a brief discussion amongst ourselves and a stop off at the hotel on the way home, we quickly settled on it being our venue.

John were absolutely amazing from start to finish, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. They went above and beyond in every way for us throughout our journey to the wedding day.

On the day, we were blown away by the smoothness and professionalism of everything. Staff were on the ball, friendly and courteous to guests, the canapes on arrival were gobbled up and left our guests salivating for more. The meal was out of this world. The presentation, flavour and service were impeccable. I gazed from the top table in awe at the front of house team and how they seamlessly dropped plates off to each guest. Nobody was waiting too long for food, and the way they manned each table during service was nothing short of amazing. I thought that sort of service had long since been forgotten.

All the way through the day and night, the team at Kinsale Hotel and Spa blew us away, from the greeting on arrival to us loading our car the next day, nothing was too big or small a task. I would gladly deal with them again and would recommend them to any newly engaged couples. The setting as you loom out across the bay was like something out of a postcard.

couples, I would highly recommend having a musician at the reception. It wasn't something we had thought of but it really set the tone for the day. Overall, I would have no problem in recommending Kinsale Hotel for your wedding as besides the scenic surroundings, the professional staff will take the stress away from the day allowing a couple the chance to enjoy and savour every moment.

The venue itself is amazing, the views are beautiful and the staff go above and beyond for you. John drove me and my bridal party from the apartments to the venue and he went above and beyond also to do whatever was needed for us. Cannot speak more highly of John what a gentleman!
