by all the Maryborough staff, especially Roisin, John and Claire. The hotel was beautiful, the gardens were phenomenal in the sunshine, our reception was set up outside, a cooling station with cool cloths and suncream were provided and all our guests had a great experience at the hotel. The staff worked so hard and are a credit to the hotel. The food was gorgeous and we received so many compliments about it. There was plenty of food in the evening meal too. We couldn’t fault anything from our experience and are so grateful to everyone we met along the way

little bit extra for customers. When our post box was tardy in delivery, Johannes offered to craft one for us… Claire directed her staff with quiet organization, being many steps ahead of our needs.
The food, oh my… our guests were absolutely overwhelmed by the quality and quantity… the soup and baked Alaska were the rockstars of the meal. We are still hearing accolades from our guests! Thank you for everything you and your staff did to make this day so memorable.
