A special thank you to Mary Bernard, who was the first person we met and instantly made us feel at ease. Ellis was a huge help in the run-up to the day, guiding us through all the finer details. We met Clare during our menu tasting and were delighted when she was also there on the wedding day itself, making sure everything ran smoothly. Florine welcomed us the day before and was such a reassuring presence throughout the day too.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more magical setting. Thank you all so much for giving us the day of our dreams!

The way the entire day flowed was just seamless. From the drinks reception to the end of the night, everything transitioned so naturally, and it felt like no detail was overlooked. We were so impressed with how organized and professional the team was, which really allowed us to relax and be in the moment.
I would like to give a special thank you to Claire who was our banqueting manager for the day. She was so helpful throughout the whole day keeping us informed of what's going on without being on top of us the whole time. She was such a professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the day.
We were quite nervous in the run up to the wedding as there were some personnel changes to the wedding planning team. We only met Claire the Wednesday before the wedding but we couldn't have been in better hands. All our families were delighted with her and have been singing her praises since. Even the next morning she looked after my family like royalty and was there to greet Sarah and I with mimosas! I cannot praise her highly enough and she made it all truly special.
We'd also like to thank Ellis for such detailed note taking and briefing the rest of the staff on our requirements for the day.
Overall we had a great day and all the staff were so helpful. Thank you for making our day so special.
